1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 66p platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the 66p Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and 66p ("66p," "we," "our," "us"). Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 66p Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 66p strictly prohibits the registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 66p.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 66p Platform, you must register an account. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You will maintain and update your registration information to keep it accurate.
• You will not share your 66p login credentials with any other person.
• You will not allow any other person to access the Platform through your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one 66p account only. 66p reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without prior notice. In such cases, any remaining balance in duplicate accounts will be transferred to the primary account following verification, or forfeited if the duplication is associated with fraudulent or abusive conduct.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 66p account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 66p support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66p Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary and is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically immediate for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering requirements. 66p targets same-day processing for verified withdrawal requests.
• 66p reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard regulatory requirement and applies to all users.
• Funds deposited for the purpose of gambling must not be the proceeds of any criminal activity. 66p cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspicious transactions.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 66p Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or market, which are accessible within the Platform interface. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 66p does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except as required by specific game rules (e.g., void bets due to event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or under incorrect conditions, 66p reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Winnings are credited to your 66p account balance automatically upon the settlement of a market or completion of a game round.
• 66p reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including for reasons of risk management.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, international Tests, T20 Internationals, and one-day internationals — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Platform's betting rules section.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 66p may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to eligible users. The following general terms apply to all 66p promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are published at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 66p reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of any promotion — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66p Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other artificial means to place bets or access the Platform.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your 66p account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66p Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of 66p or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 66p Platform without express prior written consent from 66p.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 66p provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 66p does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• In no event shall 66p be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 66p has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 66p's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

66p is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take that responsibility seriously.

• Age Verification: 66p strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. We may request proof of age at any time.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 66p account at any time. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced, not increased, without a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period — ranging from a short cooling-off to permanent exclusion — through your account settings or by contacting 66p support. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Session Reminders: You may enable session time reminders in your account settings to help you monitor your time spent on the Platform.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

66p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• Prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
• A user requests self-exclusion.
• A user is found to be under the age of 18.
• A user has provided false registration information.
• Account activity raises concerns under anti-money laundering obligations.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to user misconduct, 66p reserves the right to retain any balance in the account. Upon voluntary account closure by the user, any verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method following completion of applicable identity verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

66p reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their 66p account.

Your continued use of the 66p Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and online service laws. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 66p Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 66p's customer support process before pursuing any other remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement.
